I had never done acupuncture before, but Shelby and Spencer made it such a tranquil and enchanting experience. I was encouraged to come in early and enjoy the space (so glad I did), and then sat with Shelby to talk through my health and lifestyle. I targeted my upper back and legs with acupuncture and cupping, and the increase in blood flow and overall ease of tension was incredible and immediately effective.
While there are probably cheaper acupuncturists in Phoenix, the value in being in this healing and visually soothing space with an intimate and hospitable approach is undeniable. Definitely will return again.
