Dom did a great job on my pedicure and Gel-X. He was very skilled at giving a massage and took his time to do a great job. Overall, I had a great experience, but I ended up with cuts on my feet and hands while he was filing. He did apologize for it. It also feels unfinished under my nails, but other than that, he was amazing.

All I can say is wow! I’m so in love!! Back story- I have been a faithful customer at the competition (Yvonne’s) for over 10 years after my last visit of being completely over charged for basic sets that never lasted- I decided to give Mood nails a go… I’m SO HAPPY I did & ILL NEVER GO TO THE OTHERS AGAIN. Sonny my tech treated me with kindness and respect , giving me a brand new beautiful set for a fraction of what I’m use to paying. Not only that the salon itself is BEAUTIFUL. All modern no mess no bad food smells, they even have a mini bar! I’m so happy to find my new nail home! Thank you Sonny!!!! I’ll see you in 3 weeks 💕💕💕💅🏼💅🏼💅🏼💅🏼

I took time off work early to book an appointment here in advance. I had to wait over 30 minutes before I got serviced. The nail tech later cut me pretty deep in several places on my fingers as she was rushing too fast. When I brought this up to the manager, she refused to acknowledge it.

I picked a DND Ferrari Red color but the nail tech used another (probably cheaper) brand on my nails which is uneven and really badly painted. Im traveling tomorrow so no time to get it fixed. Not satisfied with my service here at all!

This is my first visit here Nice salon, I love the decor! They even serve beverages. However I booked an online appointment, and had to wait 15 minutes. And I was told that I would have to pay $55 for a refill plus $30 for French tip that was a little high I’ve never paid that much for French tip. Nails came out great and my eyebrows came out great too.

I have regularly been going to Mood Nails 💅🏾 to have dip nails done every 3 weeks for the last 6 months.

The nail lounge is modern, has great beverages or snacks for customers and the technicians work really fast and do a great job.

Out of the 8 times I’ve been there, I was only disappointed once, I had been there last Saturday and had another technician do my nails as my regular technician was running behind.

Unfortunately this technician didn’t do a good job and my dip nails started to lift after 1 week. I came back at opening time this Saturday and was quickly assisted by the manager/owner. I had my nails redone at no charge. I was really happy with how well and fast this was handled. I was sceptical as there are some negative reviews with regards to service and repairs.

I appreciate Mood Nails ensuring they uphold their standard of service and their customers satisfaction!

They definitely ensured they retained a returning customer 💅🏾
