Came here yesterday for the first time and was a little nervous at first at how small the shop was because they only had 5 pedicure chairs, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Everyone was super nice, and honestly it was actually really nice that the shop was smaller than most because you could tell they actually cared about the customers rather than churning people out like a mill (like a lot of other salons in the area. I got seated right away (came at 2:30 pm on a Saturday) which is always a plus. Ivey did my nails, I got almond shape pink and white ombré powder, and she did SUCH a fantastic job! I also got a shallac pedicure, I didn’t catch her name, but she likewise did a really great job! Really happy I tried this place and would definitely recommend.

I have been going to Montrose Nails for the past two years but only recently started getting acrylic done. I am so happy I go here! I am never ever disappointed! My nails are always on point and look gorgeous! Everyone is so friendly and kind! I have never had a bad experience here and I always get a fair price.

I did my nails here the beginning of the months for a wedding. It was the worst nail experience I have ever had. The lady who did my nails was kept failing and kept redoing. It took really long time and still looked horrible. I was being nice and still tipped her well. After I got home, all my family and friends who saw my nails made bad comments. What’s even worse? The nails only lasted several days, not even a week! Totally a waste of money!

Just not the best quality work. Would rather go down the street and spend an extra $15 for quality work that I will enjoy looking at for the next month. Very sloppy job here. Example: the nail tech did three coats of shellac on one nail and obviously that nail was clearly darker than the rest as a result. When I asked her if she could please go over the other nails once more with a coat of polish she got irritated with me, and was like “WHAT?!! Ugh!” Left with bulky nails and the acrylic isn’t even at all. I ended up paying $90 for a pedicure and a horrible manicure/overlay which isn’t much cheaper than other better quality salons. The salon is so small and old fashioned. Better techniques and better quality elsewhere.

My 2nd time at Montrose Nails, and my first pedicure EVER! Why didn’t I get this done sooner? Absolutely wonderful!
The ladies there are fantastic and take the utmost care of you.
I went with a girlfriend, and I love this place so much that I’m bringing another girlfriend in the next couple of weeks.
Can’t say enough about Montrose Nails!! They’re the BEST!!
