I don’t go here for my hair or spa services I go here for Tram Tran who does nails and pedicures she is amazing! She has been doing nails for over 10 years. She is fast, does unique design and I can get my nails done and they last for 3 weeks! She has a large and loyal clientele so it is best to make an appointment. I have gone to two others places in the last 5 years and both times they looked horrible and broke in first week. She is personable and funny and a very good mom. I recommend anyone who wants gorgeous nails should try Tram. Once you do you will be hooked!

Never going back.
I had an appointment with Lacie for a color and cut. I came into the appointment open minded, because I had previously dyed my hair using box color.
We bleached my hair, and about half way through the appointment her husband showed up. It was about that time I realized she was getting anxious. My hair ended up being orange (from the box dye) and she told me she would out a color on it, and that we would fix it. She sent me home, and told me to come back in the morning because she was ready to go home.
She had turned my hair pink.
When I returned in the am, she washed out my hair, snipped through it, didn’t even give me the cut I wanted, and told me to call her back in a week. When I went home and looked at my hair, there were uneven pieces everywhere.
The day before my next appointment, I texted her. And then again the day of. She never messaged me back.

Let me clarify. She gave me pink, uneven hair, and never messaged me back.
I’ve never had anyone make me feel like a Hassel when dealing with my hair before.
Awful.

I had an appointment with Miryah today. I called and told her my hair was a level 5(medium) red and I wanted it stripped back to natural(a level 8 warm honey blonde with highlights). She was sweet and said it wouldn’t have been a problem and told me to come in at 430. I went in, showed her 3 pictures of my natural hair(when I had the red stripped out 3 years ago) and told her I wanted that back. she refused to strip it, said she would do all over highlights and a light brown lowlight and it would look better. I trusted her. When all was said and done, and I finally put my glasses on, I was horrified. It was so dark!!! Like a level 2 brown with ashy gray highlights everywhere. It looked like a really bad version of Gemma from Sons of Anarchy and I looked 20 years older instantly. There was color on my nose, cheeks, forehead, all around my hairline and all around my eyebrows in chunks so bad my makeup wouldn’t cover it. And I had to go to a Valentine’s Day dinner right after. Needless to say I will be going somewhere else to have this mess fixed. She was nice, but if she had paid more attention to what I wanted instead of what she wanted to do and was cleaner with her work, I would’ve been a return customer.

Donald is not only my oldest friend but an extremely talented hairdresser. The place is beautiful, spotless and staffed with wonderful people. It is a joy to visit.

Sandy Hiller gives the best massages. She is technically skilled, but she adds a loving Christian heart to her skill. Definitely a healing touch.
