I don’t normally review but my experience was pretty bad. I am visiting from Chicago and have a regular nail tech back home. Because I knew I’d be here for awhile, I needed to find a place to get my nails done. This place got some pretty good reviews, so I decided to go with them. I made an appointment for 9 am for a dip manicure and a pedicure, as that’s when they told me they opened (and another customer was there, too) but it didn’t seem like they were fully ready (when more nail techs came in, one started sweeping the floor clearly still messy/dirty from yesterday, another was doing laundry, etc). My feet are okay, but the nail tech who did my pedicure used a brush with a LOT of paint on it, causing a lot of clean ups and redos. I can also still see dead skin on my feet, especially where I had blisters. My manicure felt super rushed, despite the fact that I was one of 2 people in the place with 5 nail techs (during which 7 more arrived), and the dip that was on my nails when I arrived was not fully taken off before the nail tech started with a new color. My nails look pretty messy and uneven. One of my biggest pet peeves with dip is how thick it can be, so I’m glad the nail tech filed down, but the filing looks very uneven from nail to nail, and sometimes even on one nail. I was in a pedicure seat, so my nails were done at an awkward angle, but whenever my left thumb was dipped, it came out with diagonal ridges. When I was walking home, I noticed the my right pinky was bleeding. I have dead skin around some of my nails that were also painted. The shape of my nails overall do not match one another and just look bad. I’m really disappointed to have spent $85 on poor quality manicure and pedicure.

I’m so bummed! I’ve come to this place for years and have gotten plenty of solid manicures and pedicures here, but today I got the most basic gel manicure and it turned out horribly. Like maybe the worst ever.
My nails are shaped differently and are different lengths. She cut my cuticle too short on one nail and it started bleeding. The gel top coat was really messily applied and is all over my fingers, no clean up at all. The gel itself is bubbly and uneven. I have dry dead skin on all the tips of my fingers. Just a general lack of attention to detail or emphasis on quality. These pics are taken directly after the service.
I love the ambiance and cleanliness of the place, but the quality control just isn’t there. Plus prices are deff expensive! This was $47 total…

$70 for a full set, I’d rather go to a private nail tech where the work will be to perfection. Don’t get me wrong, my nails were nice, shape was okay but the cost took me out. Maybe it’s just me.
But that’s not why I knocked off a star, it’s because of the french tip I got on my toes. The lady had a hard time understanding that I didn’t want it to just be a straight line, but to curve down a bit on the ends.
Overall paid $150 with tip and wasn’t too happy with final results.

This is my first time doing gel x. A friend recommended this place by our home. It was clean and friendly inside for sure. My nails look nice but they aren’t oval, they are almond shaped. I really wanted them more round. Also they are a bit thickly applied. However they are holding up nicely. I will try to get the shape I really wanted when it is time to refill them.
As for the pedicure, I wouldn’t get one from them again. My feet were so dry after and the nail polish came off within the week.
Both cost me upwards of $140 including tips. It’s very $$$$.

OMG first lemme start off with saying that the gel x nails LAST in the picture are my nails over a month old. They are also dedicated to following the inspiration pictures I had for my nails. They were so friendly. I am actually going back again
UPDATE: I went again and they ATEEE the blue set is the new set that I got after the green
