LOVE Modish Nail Spa. My nail tech did such a great job adapting the design I gave her to the shorter style nails I requested. Definitely a show of the talent who works there! Plus, the atmosphere is lovely. A huge perk is the spaciousness; you are not on top of the stranger next to you.

The service was so amazing! The staff was super nice and welcoming. They offer complimentary beverages from water to 🍷 wine. The only downside is that I live so far, but this may have to definitely be a pampering session for myself. 💅🏾💅🏾💅🏾 Thank you for taking such good care of me on yesterday!

Definitely will come back!! First time trying acrylic nails, and Mrs. Kim and Mrs. Candie are very attentive in advising me and also incorporating my nail inspo into the today’s nails. You could also choose complimentary drinks with your services, which include wine, tea, and water.

I’ve been going to this salon for a while. I love the location, the overall aesthetic and the cleanliness of the salon. I enjoy the complimentary drinks. The owner and the managers are great. However I never feel relaxed or completely satisfied when I leave the salon. The female staff are rude and unfriendly. I have watched and observed how they treat clients of color versus other races. It’s noticeable and it makes me uncomfortable. They stare and talk amongst themselves about clients and it’s apparent. I experience this when I come for a pedicure. I stopped getting my nails done a while ago. I’ve resolved to doing them myself. If I was more confident with doing own pedicure I wouldn’t even bother coming to the salon. It’s just not the relaxing self care time I need. Please address the issues with your staff especially the older ladies. They need customer service training. It hurts your business.
