I’ve been here a few times and sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s okay. This last time however, I had an amazing experience with Tee. She was friendly, happy to chat a bit, and more importantly was meticulous in her application of my dip polish. I have a real pet peeve about seeing any part of my nail bed near the cuticle and sometimes technicians are irritated when I mention it, or fail to apply the polish all the way to my cuticle. Not Tee! She made sure my nails were exquisite and the dip was not even that thick so I don’t notice it nearly as much. I’d say it’s the best dip application I’ve had so far. She also spent a lot of time massaging my hands and feet which is always heavenly. I will definitely be requesting her next time around. Thanks again, Tee!

Great pedi, but awful SNS mani. Both wonderful ladies, but the mani woman needs further training/practice. I’ve had SNS done before multiple times and I’ve never had someone dip my nails so many times. It was 5-7 times. The nails were bulbous by the end. She also painted them very messily. There was so much gunk underneath my nails that I spent 30 minutes trying to separate the tips of fingers from the long part of my nail because it was so glued on. There were also obvious gaps on either side of my nail color. Basic mani services like cuticle trimming are also not part of the $45 SNS price.
Most disappointingly, when I went up to front desk to address the issue, front desk simply said, “SNS is messier and more bulky.” She didn’t offer a discount or a complimentary mani after I was back my trip. I didn’t have time to stay another 30 minutes to get it fixed right then and there. It honestly looks so horrible, I’m taking it off before I travel.

I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I ended up paying almost $200 for a rushed service and receiving the wrong service. I specifically asked for regular nail polish, and they charged me for gel. About 5 minutes into the service the nail technician who seemed very rushed and distracted clipped skin off my toe that was extremely painful (It’s been a week and it’s still infected) I told her that it was burning real bad when she put products into the water and she said it’s fine. I honestly could not enjoy anything else after that, she continued to rush through the service. The “deluxe” manicure was really basic. No hand massage like other places does. Just really disappointed in them, they also do not exactly have the best customer service, I told the lady at the checkout that I specifically asked for regular nail polish and even had a yellow slip that you check boxes on which had regular nail polish no gel, but she said that’s what I got so I have to pay for it. If you’re looking for a place to relax and be pampered look elsewhere, there are plenty of other options.

I have been going here for about 5 years and I get amazing service every time! Michelle does the very best acrylic nails in Charlotte! They’re doing some renovations to expand the seating. Long-term manicurists here! And they have an air vent at each station so there’s no chemical smell or dust in the air. New pedicure seats also! Lauren is also great! Judy and Tommy are the owners and they are so nice!

Nanndia ( name may be misspelled) however she is amazing. I’ve been searching for a few months for a nail tech to my liking. She came highly recommended by my niece Aria.
