Shelby at Phillips place is amazing!! I brought in pictures of highlight ideas. I was worried my skin would be too pale for a blonde look, Shelby told me what color would work best. I always get nervous about awkward silences in the salon chair, I did not feel like that at all with Shelby she was very easy to talk to. Over all, she exceeded my expectations and I’m in love with how my hair looks! I will definitely be coming back to see her!

Oh Wow!! Best day 2 hair ever!! I still had curls, no frizz and was able to get volume with the spay you recommended. Thank you for helping me love my Curly hair.. it has been a struggled learning process with this fine hair. I will be back!

Horrible experience. I have tried to contact the Birkdale store privately so as not to make this public but I have yet to get a response.
I SPECIFICALLY stated DO NOT LET ME WALK OUT WITH A PIXIE CUT! I even came in with photos etc…
Well, I walked out with a pixie cut from HE#! and have been in tears 😢 ever since.
Very disappointed that I have not been contacted.
Decided to add pics…
Please note distinct difference in sides (asked her to NOT touch my sides), note distinct line on left side of head, note attempt of removing bulk from top. UGH!!!

I had such an amazing experience today at Modern Salon & Spa. The hosts at the front desk were welcoming when I arrived and my stylist Tu exceeded my expectations with her professionalism and care for my hair. She was thorough, explained everyday step before doing so, and has such a soft touch. I left the salon today with my hair looking the best it has ever looked! I’ve booked 3 appointments out so that I can keep my hair healthy and thriving!

Katherine did such an amazing job on my hair! This was my first time getting a butterfly haircut and it came out stunning. This place has excellent service and is gorgeous too. I will for sure be returning!
