I have been coming here for at least a year now? Everyone that has taken care of me are very good! I do the powder dip. They work with me on special requests of different colors and treat me with happiness,respect & care! The owner takes care of special mixtures of drinks, from non-alcoholic to a various selection of adult beverages. I love their drink menu! The first drink on the list is, by far, the absolute best! Even in regular bars, no one comes close to the Cosmo in flavor, than this place!

Stumbled upon this salon by accident and after 15+ years of getting pedicures, got THE BEST pedicure service of my life. I won’t be going anywhere else. Vivian took the time to dig out all of my ingrown cuticles (something that I’ve struggled with for years but never found a nail technician that could REALLY help me) and now my feet feel the best they have in years. This experience was so much more than “cute nails.” If I could give 5 extra starts, I would!

Went today hoping to find a new nail shop in tyler and not have to drive to longview just to get my nails done. I went from chair to chair only to be told since my thumb nail was broke and it burn to soak off they are not skilled enough to remove the broken nail so I left. Drove to longview T nails and had the broken nail taken off with no issues and got a new set.

UPDATE!!! AMY is AMAZING!!! So as I was sitting in my car making this review one of the ladies who worked in the nail salon came out to the car and knocked on the window to ask me to please come back in and let her fix my nails . Andddd after a moment of hesitation I went back in. Within a matter of 10 minutes Amy had my nails smooth out and looking simply stunning ! (4th pic is redo) … very pleased and will next time only make an appointment with Amy! (Previous review follows)
**Don’t do it “Wendy” … so I came here because a very good friend of mine had been coming here for years and raved about their service. I must admit I was extremely impressed with everything up until the point that Wendy did my nails. I thought it would be very simple, the picture with the navy blue nails is what I requested and showed her and the first two pictures are what I actually received. When I asked Wendy if she could continue to file the humps and indentations out of my nails she acted as if she didn’t understand, chuckled even and said okay but continued doing the opposite. I yet again asked Wendy and the nail technician behind her to please help her understand that the huge bumps and ridges needed to be smoothed away but nobody seemed to get it. Even after I admitted to her that I was upset with the job she had done she still seemed to not even be bothered . Now I will have to go to another nail salon just to have them filed down and corrected. Ultimately I think this would be a really awesome place if Wendy were a little bit more knowledgeable of her trade. Won’t EVER go back! Sad really!

The atmosphere at Modern nails is really perfect for me. It’s pretty and clean and the staff, nice.
I like to be quiet and chill while I’m being pampered. This is the place.
No one cares if I chill. Watch…NO Politics! HTV for me.
