Was not satisfied with my nails. Showed a picture multiple times and wouldve appreciated an honest “I can’t do that”. I’m easy to please and would’ve simply went with something else. French tip not painted properly, tip was not painted with enough layers. Areas are already not there the day of so I’m sure they will not last.

I stopped by a couple of days ago to see if they could help me after being really dissatisfied with my usual salon. The owner of Modern Nails Lounge Spa got me right in and his staff was honestly top notch. The nail tech I had, Tu, made sure that I was well taken care of and satisfied with my set. She also made sure I knew how much everything was going to be up front so there were no surprises at the register which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back! I even took the plunge and got my eyelashes done and am really happy with those too!

This was my second time coming in, I had such a great experience my first time I decided to come back since it is closest to where I live. Everything was good until it was time to file, shape, and smooth my nails. I asked for them to be made a little thinner to match the rest.. with the language barrier the nail tech assumed regarding the shape and reshaped as needed. I kept asking for the base of the nail be smoothed out as it was bubbled creating too thick of a nail bed. I was also cut on two fingers when trying to remove any hang nail she saw. I am not one to complain but am very saddened the experience this time wasn’t as great. I am expecting to go back in hopes it can be fixed or just removed. The atmosphere was great nonetheless.. 🙁

Called to make an appointment and when I came in, they honored the appointment for me and my granddaughter. Michael and the staff were very welcoming. It’s a very clean place. Very nice people very nice work.
