Two young male and female employees rushed my nails, physically assaulted then verbally abused me in the salon in front of everyone. I was mocked, grabbed at, humiliated and the manager talked down to me since I was a woman, but was too scared to talk to my husband when he arrived. I couldnt get square gel, french tip full set the way i wanted for my special day. I have footage for that terrible day. Some customers tried to stand up for me for how I was being treated by the staff. They painted my toe nails with regular polish and put top glossy coat of gel to look nice but wasn’t gel french tip like i wanted. I wanted square gel full set of french tips but the lady doing my nails stated, “your hands are fat and tiny like kid hands, I won’t put square nails on you for your wedding you need to look your best.” I wanted a light blue stripes and same lady bullied me and stated, “that would look stupid since it doesn’t match the ring.” I was getting a new ring on June 8th,2024 and I wanted to match wedding colors my husband and I picked out. Didn’t get anything i wanted and paid for. My toes nail paint chipped off right away! Going back to get my refund.
Do not go here! Especially without a man or a witness present! Record on your phone if you feel unsafe at this salon. You’re safety is important! Dont waste your money and don’t go somewhere that will traumatize you guaranteed 💯.
