I have never had a bad experience here and always recommend it to my friends. I’ve seen Lauren consistently for over a year now and it is amazing how talented she is. Quality, consistency and service is better than anywhere else I went in Charlotte before finding Lauren and Modern Nails. Although I’ve never had any issue I know if I did Lauren would do everything she could to fix it immediately. She is a hard worker and takes pride in her business. I also have good friends that loyally see other nail techs here as well and love them. Love Lauren and Modern Nails and will never go anywhere else. 10/10 highly recommended!

Best nail techs around!! Efficient, personable, high quality, and the salon is SO stinking cute! They have lots of amazing colors for regular, gel, and SNS and stay up with the latest trends (foil, seasonal colors, ombré, etc). Love that you can schedule appointments via Vagaro too! Look no further for a new nail salon you won’t regret it!

The highlight of my Friday afternoons every 2-3 weeks are to come get my nails done by the queen herself Linda. I think the pictures speak for themselves but if you need more convincing, I can attest that she is incredibly meticulous, creative, precise, not to mention on top of every client who calls in or walks through the door when the receptionist is out. She runs the show and makes multitasking look like it’s nothing. Even more, she is so kind and I love our silly and sincere conversations. Linda is the kind of tech you want to support. Wherever she goes, I will follow her!
