The first lady to the right by the door has a bad attitude and was upset that I didn’t let her give me a poor fill-in. She spoke to me very poorly, so I asked for someone else to do my nails. She threw her hands at me and told me to go over there! Then she got back on her phone. Thanks to the sweet lady next to her, Aaron, she took over and fixed them. I’ve tried going to them before in the past with the same experience. I normally go to Sallie, but she left, so I now go elsewhere now. I only got my nails done because I wanted my feet painted. However, they’re good with pedicures, and that’s it! One lady cut me because she was watching a video on her phone and not paying attention to what she was doing. She got upset when I requested someone else. How they treat their customers I’d completely unacceptable by any means

I’ve loved getting my nails here for a couple years but this time I’m really not satisfied I asked them for a pastel orange for one of my nails and it looks like cheese also I gave him a photo of the color and the only ones that are kind of close to what I asked for was blue and yellow After asking if I could get a different color he says sorry honey I can’t It’s already dry when it was clearly not so now I’m stuck with a $50 pair of cheese I put my reference photo and what I got and the only difference that I wanted there to be was the shape and that is not the only difference I got I don’t recommend for full sets

too much variance in the service you receive, if you find someone you like make sure to ask for them because their counterparts do not uphold the same standard. 45$ pedicure was nice and thorough, not much to complain about. manicures however, are always lumpy. the lights for gel/no chip burn and i have reason to believe it’s bc they drill right onto my bare nail beforehand. for the prices, you would expect a painless, smooth result.

I wasn’t sure about coming here the first time to be completely honest… The first time I went in, not sure if this was the place, but my nails were completely screwed up. I had seven layers acrylic which is outrageous. I was very upset, but I gave this place a shot, and I am very pleased to say that my nails have been fantastic every time I’ve gone in. I will be continuing to come in on a regular basis❤️

Horrible! I hate my nails. I asked them to fix it because I just got them done 2 days ago and it looks like I’ve had them on at least 2 weeks already. They only buffed my nail out to try and take the bubbles out but you can see in the pics I still have bubbles. And I also can see my actual nail on the sides. You’d think for $55 my nails would be how I want them to look. They turned out ugly. Never again will I go there!!
