Loved this place got French tip had to bring my 2 year old along and did me and my friend wanted to times so one of us could be with the baby Loved my experience

The nail tech started arguing with a coworker while filing my nails and became very aggressive with it while yelling at her coworker. She split the skin on two of my fingers and made me bleed, she filed the nails so much shorter then she cut them because she was doing it so fast and hard. She eventually got up and ran out of the building for a few minutes. I have no idea what was going on or why they were upset with each other but your client shouldn’t have suffer because of your personal problems. I understand having a bad day but I’m very unhappy and disappointed in my nails now because you had a bad day. I have never been to this salon before and this was my first time getting my nails done since June. I actually decided to get my nails done because I was having a bad day and wanted to treat myself. I won’t be going back and now I’ve wasted 40 dollars

I made an appt for 8/26 at 9 am with a certain worker for a full set and pedi. I did not leave until 12 pm. They kept accepting walk ins before me. Not to mention I didn’t even get the worker I requested while booking online. My nails look horrible. I requested a certain shape and they were done exactly how I explained I did not want them. They are crooked, I was cut and burned from the excessive pressure while filing. I am completely embarrassed at how awful they look. My cuticles look so dry and horrid. I heard so many good things that I drove from Mount Airy. Regretting that I came here.

Most painful pedicure I have ever had he had my toes bleeding. I have pedicures on a regular basis and my feet were in good shape wasn’t able to go to the place I usually go because of time but now I wish I had taken the time. Never one time did he apologize for hurting me and the polish looks horrible. I will never step foot back in this place!!
