I went in Feb. 29 for an ombre full set and gel pedi. Worst experience ever and Im very disappointed. Used to come here a couple years ago when Emma was around and they used to do great work. The lady who did my nails clearly didnt know what she was doing. While doing my nails i had to tell her she was using too much nude, to which she file the nail down leaving the apex THIINN and all nails uneven. Tried to still have a good experience and went to get my pedi next. Same lady left me in the water soo long the water turned cold after i told her i needed to leave in a bit and she said it wont be long. She left me waiting to wax 2 ladies eyebrows who had just walked in 5 minutes prior. 3 workers were standing around talking, saw that i had taken my feet out the water and was drying myself off to leave, didnt offer to finish my pedi for her til i got upset and expressed how she ALREADY did a HORRIBLE job on my nails. Got charge $72 for this mess, and DIDNT want to pay for this monstrosity! Had to go somewhere else to get evetything fixed. She really thought she did a great job👎🏽👎🏽this was THE WORST ever ombre set. I just wish she wouldve been honest and said she couldnt do it, or just let me wait for someone who could. 1st pic: what i asked for, last 2 pic: what i got

I’ve been coming here for a few years and it’s usually a very fine experience, but I had the worst manicure of my life yesterday. The nail tech destroyed the skin around my finger nails. She was out for blood. Five of my fingers have an open wound now. I’m actually in pain the next day 😳 She used the cuticle cutter to remove extra nail polish around the nail and was just removing layers and layers of skin. And filed my nails until they were raw. I was honestly shocked while it was happening and didn’t say anything until i said OW when she tried to use the nail file directly on the bleeding cut. I’m like…… did she hate me???? I left with exposed cuts with gel polish in it

This has to be the worst nail experience of my life. First, I want to say my nail tech was nice to me when she spoke but she either had no idea what she was doing or did not care. Secondly, I have naturally long, healthy nails that I always keep in an almond shape. I wanted my dip soaked off and new dip put on, but after I arrived I found out they closed at 6, not 6:30 like google has posted. So now having less than an hour, I knew dip would no longer be possible. I said she could just soak off my dip and do regular polish because I did not want to keep them there late. My hands were placed in a bag full of acetone with a hot towel. I personally dislike when they do not individually wrap your nails, but I know a lot of salons do the whole bag thing. When that didn’t take it off fast enough for her she drilled the color off. I knew that was going to hurt my natural nails but hoped it wouldn’t be too bad. I told her I wanted them cut down but not super short. She then cut them down incredibly short and square. Then she filed my nails with the nail file used for thick toe nails. At no point did she ask me how I would like my nails shaped, but to be fair they were probably too short now to be almond again. She filed them super uneven, but she asked if I wanted to pay before she polished my nails. So, I assumed I would pay and she would shape them up more then polish them. WRONG. After paying and tipping $10 for a $25 service she sat me back down and proceeded to paint over my super uneven nails with jagged edges. I just gave up, let her finish and left. I went home and fixed them myself but now my nails are super thin because of the drilling. There was a girl getting beautiful acrylics next to me and the tech was very attentive and asked her a lot of questions. So I am sure there are good nail techs there, but this was just awful and I will now be paying for this for months while my nails heal. I welcome you to zoom in on my photo. Be warned, it is rough. 😂

Always kind and courteous staff. Place is always clean. Keep having bad luck with one nail tech in particular—was too bashful to ask for someone differently today. She cut my nail very oddly and I came home to find it bleeding everywhere. May be time to switch…

Use to go here a long time ago. It’s changed aesthetically a lot. The place was welcoming and the people were nice. My daughter got a full set and a toe polish. My daughter got short square nails with regular polish. I showed them a picture of what my daughter wanted for a design and was told that you can only get a design or French style nails on gel nails. I’ve never heard of that before because before there was gel, nail techs drew designs directly onto the nail. Additionally the polish job was lumpy and the overall finish was mediocre. Her cuticles were dry and no oil was placed on her nails. The shape was also not the best. Her nails were $35 but look like they were done by a person in beauty school. I would probably go again and just request another tech because they were nice!
