Overall, I didn’t have a positive experience. I wanted an acrylic set removed and then to do a gel manicure on my natural nails. I called and asked for this and they said I could come right in. I got there and I told the first person who greeted me that I called and what I was looking for. Then someone else, The same person I spoke to on the phone, came over to ask me what I wanted and when I repeated it he tried to talk me into keeping my full set and just doing a fill. I insisted that I didn’t want to because I play guitar and the full set was for a special occasion. He said that we could just cut the nails down short so that I can play guitar. Clearly the man doesn’t play guitar because if he did he would know that regardless of the length acrylic nails are chunky and your nails have to be very short to play guitar effectively. I restated what I wanted and he told me that was fine and to take a seat. Strangely I was then instructed to go to a different nail technician than this person I had just been talking to. I told her what I wanted once again and she started working on my nails. At one point she took out the supplies to do acrylic nails and I said again that I wanted the full set removed. Somehow that got missed despite the fact that I had said it no less than four times at that point. She continued to file down my nails and nicked my skin several times, which hurts so badly that I flinched on multiple occasions (as someone with 14 piercings and 15+ tattoos, I don’t say that lightly). At this point, I decided that I didn’t want gel anymore and all I wanted was for the nails to come off. So I communicated that to her and we finished the service. I paid and left quickly. After getting in the car and assessing my nails it’s clear that there is significant acrylic residue still on my nails and frankly she didn’t even bother to file them evenly. The whole thing is just disappointing. They also had unclear messaging about payment options and we’re clearly pushing cash and had a sign that said they didn’t take card even though they do. There was also a towel bunched up sitting directly in front of the door that I almost tripped on when I walked in. None of that is to mention that they very clearly reuse all of their supplies without much washing. There were open pouches of who knows what a heavily used files and drill bits all over. I will NOT be returning.

Okay so made an appointment online. Wouldn’t recommend because they didn’t know we did because they were busy. My nail tech was good but the man who did my friends nails for the 2nd time did not ask her questions, and gave her short nails when she insisted on long. she said it several times. The utensils don’t seem to be cleaned in between people. I am okay with my set but I’d say it just depends on who does it. They’re nice , but need to listen and ask more questions. Not a bad place but it could improve.

My daughters (10 and 7) and I got pedicures today for our girls’ day, and we had the best time here! My girls and I had a relaxing and fun time soaking our feet and getting our nails painted. We will be back! Thank you, from 3 happy ladies! 😊

Ĺupe is the best. She takes her time and she handle with care She treats you like royalty Even though she says my nail might break her tool We laugh all the time. I really enjoy going there

Michael and Andy were amazing! My daughter and I came in to have full sets of acrylic nails done with intricate designs, at the last minute, the night before Thanksgiving. They fit us in and stayed late to do them.! Our nails came out gorgeous! They were exactly like the photos we showed. Everyone in the shop was extremely friendly and professional. We had a great time! Highly recommend this awesome salon! Thanks Michael and Andy!
