M&K Nail Spa

The nail salon was clean, new, and had a freshness to it. In my opinion the customer service could have been better. The lady that did my pedicure didn’t talk to me at all or interact with me. Also wasn’t a fan of parking in the back, and having to walk around to the front of the establishment. The prices were fair, and I did enjoy the pedicure. I would recommend.

Ouch. My nails were prepped for acrylic tips without my permission. Simply a miscommunication but a big one.. I don’t visit salons often and didn’t realize what was being done until the acrylic nail tips came out. Now my nails are severely damaged, weak, sensitive and very painful. I can only imagine when the regular polish comes off ( which was also damaged before I left but I didn’t want to make any more of a scene)… It will take a long time for my nails to fully heal and become healthy again. Also I went in with my sister who I don’t get to see often and we were told we could sit together but we were immediately separated instead. She was given full acrylic which she didn’t request.

In response to the owner: When my sister and I showed the photo and were informed that design could only be done on acrylic nails, I immediately voiced that I would NOT like to do acrylic nails. I also felt embarrassed when I spoke up, being put in the middle of a public multi-way conversation involving the entire salon staff. I’m almost thankful I couldn’t understand them. Fortunately not many clients were there at the time. In the future I would suggest confirming with your clients and ensuring everyone is on the same page if it seems like there might be any possibility of miscommunication.

Mandy and Kathy are the BEST! They always take their time to do the best work, and they build relationships with long time clients. I’ve been going to them for years and I’m so happy they opened up their own salon! Mandy does amazing designs too! You won’t regret going to M&K!!

Mandy absolutely rescued my nails after a bad experience at an out-of-town salon. I showed up as a walk-in and got super quick and friendly service in addition to nails that look fantastic. Can’t wait to come back!

I posted on Facebook looking for nail salon recommendations and after getting multiple recommendations for this place I decided to try it! And now I will never go anywhere else! They were so friendly and got us in and out while also taking their time! Jessica was absolutely amazing and made sure my wedding nails were exactly what I was looking for!
