My nails were flat the color was off. I don’t like to complain so instead of getting my rhinestones like I wanted I just told the guy they looks fine and I left I can’t believe I paid almost $100 with a tip. I even had family members asked me if I did them myself again because I’ve been known to do my own nails. And I was like no actually paid for these this time. Definitely not going back. If you look at some other nails on the reviews that look the same size as mine those ones look beautiful but mine are flat and pointing up.

Please choose somewhere else to go. Jasmine did my moms and Endeen did mine. 3 different guest came in to request an appointment and after the customers left they said very negative things about all 3 guests. We made an appointment to get our hands and toes done. We were not offered color samples, had to find them ourselves. My full set took TWO AND A HALF HOURS. Never in my life have I had it take that long for a simple full set with no design. Again I have never paid $80 (not including tip) for a two and a half hour simple full set. We ended up canceling our pedicures because of how long it took. After all of this I have bumps all around my nails and my cuticles are progressively getting more red and itchy. Something I have also never experienced before with a full set.

Been coming here for two years now and I can definitely say this is the best nail salon I’ve been to. I was losing faith in finding a decent nail salon until I stumbled across miyu nails. Everyone here is so nice and every tech that has either given me a full set or pedicure has always done an amazing job. I usually schedule my pedicures with Nancy as she always does an amazing job. She really takes her time and has my toes looking right! Today I had Chantel do my pedicure and she was equally as amazing. She really took her time and made my toes look so pretty. I will always try and get my pedicure done by either Chantel and Nancy!! Highly recommend this place!

I have been going there for about a year now, and today was my final straw of why I am not coming back.

1.) The nail technicians will talk badly about you with clients and other employees. They will purposely block calls, block individuals from Instagram, and refuse to talk with people on the phone or through text to schedule an appointment if they do not like you (all have been said by the nail techs in-front of me). This last time, I had to call from a different number to make an appointment and my text message to schedule an appointment on my actual phone was entirely ignored.

2.) They size you up and charge you more than what they should depending on how you look. Came in with a new purse, and suddenly I am charged $110 today for ONLY a full set. I only have an acrylic glitter powder on. According to the website, it should be around $60, which is what I have been charged in the past for something very similar without the purse.

3.) My nails were done terribly today for $110. You can see where Brianna cut my finger and did not cover it up. To make matters worse, she asked me if I hit my finger before the appointment? Which was an obvious no, as it was due to when she purposely ripped my nail extension off during the soak off, resulting in it to immediately bleed. There were other impurities in the nails that were noticeable. Also, my nails were not filed down but clipped once on each nail, leaving a bunch of the white part of nail exposed with a clear extension.

4.) I was asked why I looked the way I did coming in. When asked what she meant, Brianna then backpedaled and asked why my nails looked liked that and why I would want a new set. Not a single nail was broken or chipped, and was a complete contradictory comment.

5.) When I told them that I did not want my pedicure done and that I was not happy with my nails, I would have a ten dollar fee on my total. I was a short term cancellation, making a whopping total of $120 for not great nails.

Hope this helps someone not waste their time getting overcharged or insulted.
