Customer Reviews:
1.) The nail technicians will talk badly about you with clients and other employees. They will purposely block calls, block individuals from Instagram, and refuse to talk with people on the phone or through text to schedule an appointment if they do not like you (all have been said by the nail techs in-front of me). This last time, I had to call from a different number to make an appointment and my text message to schedule an appointment on my actual phone was entirely ignored.
2.) They size you up and charge you more than what they should depending on how you look. Came in with a new purse, and suddenly I am charged $110 today for ONLY a full set. I only have an acrylic glitter powder on. According to the website, it should be around $60, which is what I have been charged in the past for something very similar without the purse.
3.) My nails were done terribly today for $110. You can see where Brianna cut my finger and did not cover it up. To make matters worse, she asked me if I hit my finger before the appointment? Which was an obvious no, as it was due to when she purposely ripped my nail extension off during the soak off, resulting in it to immediately bleed. There were other impurities in the nails that were noticeable. Also, my nails were not filed down but clipped once on each nail, leaving a bunch of the white part of nail exposed with a clear extension.
4.) I was asked why I looked the way I did coming in. When asked what she meant, Brianna then backpedaled and asked why my nails looked liked that and why I would want a new set. Not a single nail was broken or chipped, and was a complete contradictory comment.
5.) When I told them that I did not want my pedicure done and that I was not happy with my nails, I would have a ten dollar fee on my total. I was a short term cancellation, making a whopping total of $120 for not great nails.
Hope this helps someone not waste their time getting overcharged or insulted.
