If you’re in need of an express mani-pedi this is your place. $ 45 later a 10- 15 minute mani pedi was done, simultaneously. I know I’m not a regular. But this is a way to not bring in regulars. It was rushed. All the steps were taken. I guess. I was then left in the pedi chair, after I paid , without any other assistance or direction. I turned on the message chair for 15 minutes. I had to get something for my money. Then I got up and went to the dryer on my own. I will not be back, so I don’t mind the owners reading this review. Treat all customers with care, new or returning.

I will not return as of 5/25/24. I have know idea what happened with this nail salon , under new management or the nail technicians are unaware of double booking or customer service!!!????
Plus there work has become sloppy . It’s a HUGE NO , going forward with this establishment. RESPECTFULLY!!

I have been a patron of Miu Miu for many years. I’ve had my nails and feet done by Cara, Bella, Meiky and Leo. They are always kind and respectful. I have never been dissatisfied with their work. The spa is clean and relaxing with music playing instead of the t.v and it’s open on Sundays.

the female owner was the most unprofessional and spiteful person. lack of customer service and managerial skills. attacked me in front employees and customers yelling at me. never greets her customers. I’ve made several appointments and intentionally she would make sure the manicurist I chose would run late. never acknowledged me and acted as if customers were doing her favor. I would pay in advance she would sit at the front desk never greet nor take my money. she would have the manicurist charge me, and she would just sit and scroll through her phone. amazing how unaware and unprofessional. attacked me in front of her in employees. the worse!!!!
