Sally is absolute best. She is always in high demand. Maya is the second best. If Sally is overbooked. Maya accepts the customer. The thing with these two they don’t do a rush job. They both are very careful when cutting my toenails.

Worst nail experience I ever had… I have been just doing gel at home normally but today we had some time to kill and my cuticles were grown out so I was like let’s go get manicures….

What went wrong

-Did not groom my cuticles at all before starting.

-He barely asked me any questions on what I wanted I told him briefly what I wanted I thought he understood.

-He hurt me multiple times with the grinder

-My nails were not straight and even I tried to explain this to him he wasn’t getting it my husband tried to explain this to him he then handed the the file to my husband

– Never once made sure my nails were the same shape or length as my right and left hand ( see attached photo ).

-I have acrylic all over my cuticles and fingers and gel all over my fingers

-My nails are clumpy and lumpy
.. luckily I have a shine polish that makes it less noticeable.

My nails are normally long but they were short he asked me if I wanted to extend them I said I didn’t have that much time and just needed a manicure. He said it wouldn’t take very long. I said okay my husband was also getting a manicure he was done in a third of the time… And he got a quality manicure done he did not do any maintenance on my hand just slap some acrylics on and did not ask me if I was liking it I tried to explain I was not liking it and how I want to change he was a very rude. I left trying not to cry and in pain.. wish I would have looked at the reviews first but we were in the area so we stopped the first place we saw

This is the only place I go to get my nails done!!!
Clean always, courteous, great price, and wonderful atmosphere. If you want to get your nails done and relax then come here!!!!! I absolutely love it.

It was my birthday and he made sure I got in even though I didn’t like the color.

I’ve been coming to this place for years (before the pandemic) always great service, the ppl are kind never had a problem til I was finally able to come back once they opened up again. The gal did a fantastic job besides cutting too much off my cuticles, so much so that I now have an infection. Very disappointed. When I called to let them know, the guy said what do you want me to do about it? Then told me to soak my toe in salt vinegar and warm water.
