I just left this nail shop an he couldn’t do the design, my paint is smeared an he left acrylic on my fingers a cut the inside of my finger. I was humble the whole time until he wanted to charge me $80 for my nails a when I asked for the paint off he wanted to charge me another $10. Ladies do not let these people touch your nails!!

I would like this place to get SHUTDOWN! My visit ended with male worker calling the police because I refused to pay an additional charge when I decided to end my service when my toe started to bleed after a female broke my nail then pulled it off. She did a terrible job and I responded in a kind way asking to get it fixed before she began to get rude and rough which ended in my toe nail breaking. I never said I wouldn’t pay which is why I waited until the police came and thankfully they heard me out and I left no incident( because calling police now a days typically leads to more) but they are clearly racist so I encourage black folks to find another nail salon and don’t waste your money. The male was older maybe owner and girl was younger but was unable to get names . There was no reason for police to be called especially if they were in wrong . Also the male wanted me to swipe my card saying he could charge whatever implying he would commit fraud and charge my card what he wanted. Just go somewhere else.

Never going back!!!!!! 2nd bad experience with Brandy she’s extremely rude . For her to be in the business of servicing people she lacks any type of customer service . The service I received was rushed I asked for French tips on my toes and she barely used any polish. Don’t waste your time going here.

I’ve gone twice, both times not only did my nails POP off within a week or less but they use MMA!!! My nails literally were so bad after an hour + soak off! Some techs are nice but others are so nasty and rude. Last time I came in the tech on the left side literally looked at me and got back on her phone rather than asking if I needed anything. Learn some basic customer service and stop using illegal products.
