I went for a powder dip manicure she was using the drill on my skin it was so painful she peeled a lot of my skin cut my nails so short they are throbbing and also left powder dip and nail polish all over my skin I also asked for a design and she said no. Then never sanded the powder dip down there so bumpy and un even. I will not be returning. I have gone many times this was not a good experience.

I believe this is the most popular nail salon in Liverpool because every time I come here I get very good service, the place is spacious, the staff are smiling and friendly, their colours are well painted, all in all everything is good, I had a good time here

Went in on a Tuesday afternoon so they got us in right away. I got a regular gel manicure and my girl did a really nice job. She was very attentive to details and I didn’t need to ask her to fix anything. Very efficient, quick, but she definitely went in and fixed things if it wasn’t perfect, even took off a layer that I thought looked fine and redid it. Didn’t try to upsell me, which I appreciated. They have a really good selection of colors I think. I got some new fall colors 😊

Easily made an appointment over the phone and got the time I requested. Was taken right in when arrived. Jason was my tech and he did an excellent job! Had my 1st experience with dip in FL 3 weeks ago. Jason was gentle taking off the old dip and had to fix a nail that I broke the day before. He didn’t make then too thick and did what I asked and kept my nails short. I will be coming back!

I was a walk in today and was taken
right in. Salon not busy. I take regular care if my feet and have little-to-no callus. Was given the “menu” and selected just a basic $35 pedicure. The technician cut and filed the nails and had me soak for less than 1 minute. He proceeded to touch my nail bed with the cuticle “pusher” and never actually pushed or clipped any cuticles except for my left pinky toe! He lightly touched each toe with the “under-nail’ cleaning tool and never really cleaned anything. He had me place feet back in the soak for less than a minute and did scrub/lotion halfheartedly. When he prepared to polish I had to ask him to please clean around the big toe nails before polishing. The process took less than 20 minutes. Not impressed. I tipped him $5 and then he asked if I would like “massage”…when I said “yes, please” he proceeded to again use minimal pressure to neck and upper back for 10 seconds! Very disappointed in service. I have come here over the years – admittedly not a “regular” but expect a little more for my money.
