Went here for my vacation nails, they charged me nearly $50 for a no chip chrome manicure that started peeling the next day. When I went back a week later (after I returned from my trip) with pictures that had clear dates, explaining that the nails were chipped before they should’ve been, they didn’t want to redo my nails. They said it had already been 2 weeks even though it had only been a week, without even looking up my receipt. After that, they said if I came a few days after I got them done they would have fixed it but not anymore… I explained that I was literally out of the country and couldn’t have came. They wanted to charge me again to fix the nails that they failed to do properly in the first place. I’m not the only one who’s had this problem, I’ve also had friends tell me that the nails they got here were lazily done and didn’t last. Will not be going back.

And this ugly manicure was done to me in this salon, and I paid them money for it. And I really regret it and will never go there again, even though I was in a little hurry. Well, this doesn’t mean that you have to do such an ugly manicure.

I went in as a walk in yesterday to get a pedicure and had a horrible experience. The tech that was working on my nails rushed through the whole pedicure, that I couldn’t even enjoy it. At to cutting my nails, absolutely horrible. I asked for square shape and they were all different shapes… it was to the point the tech made comments that my feet were “crooked” rather than the nail she cut and left.. there was residual polish left after being done with the pedicure. Nothing was cleaned up after. The polish isn’t even completely on some of the nails which looks horrible. Usually my experience is fine but this one was horrific.

I was really happy with the no chip nail and pedicure I got here. All of the people who worked there were very nice and were following all sanitary protocol. I for sure will be going back!!!
I have gone here multiple times now and I love having Annie take care of me.

They updated the interior and today I got an awesome design. I loved it so much and everything was so incredible! I will keep coming here for a long time!!

I went to this nail salon with my aunt because we wanted our nails to look pretty for our trip. When we went to this nail salon we used a Groupon deal. They said that it wouldn’t work because we wanted tips even though that’s what it said on the deal. I still got it anyway. When she was doing my pedicure the towel was too hot it looks like I had sunburn. My cousin dosen’t wear nail polish so she didn’t get anything done. While she was waiting she was using the massage chairs and they said to her stop shaking. My cousin had tears in her eyes. When we moved on to the manicure it was HORRIBLE. Don’t go to Rachel, she drilled my nails so hard it started bleeding. These were the before and after photos as you can see I had no cuts before. When my aunt asked her a question she didn’t understand. Then when she understood and we got confused she started yelling at us. Also the nails are good but customer service was BAD HAVE SOMETHING BETTER TO DO!!!!
