Beautiful salon, clean, autoclaved/single use tools. Technician was nice, and tried hard. But I asked for short, almond healthy extensions (Gel-X). They had stiletto, which had to be cut down. Two nails were on quite crooked and not fixed when I expressed my concern. Too much gel was used, so the underside are crusty and dirty. The shape after cutting and filing was weird and I had to round out the following day. Some were lumpy, look more like traditional acrylic and not nice, thin, Gel-X. Color was nice. Might try again some other time if they have the right tips.

Uneven, dents, bubbles, shrinkage; just save your money. Photos are less than 20hours post-mani.
I thought it might have been just my tech but my friend’s manicure looked bad and didn’t last at all. MiniLuxe was willing to repaint via their Chip Fix Policy, but the results weren’t any better (despite having a different tech even). Paint coats were incredibly thin with heavy top coat- took forever to dry.

I had a nice first time at Miniluxe, however I probably will not be returning. My gel manicure is very bumpy and thick. For the price I paid I expected a higher quality manicure as well as more attention paid to the overall experience.

My tech, Tina, was fantastic! However I am disappointed to pay more than $150 for a mani pedi, only to spend a majority of my time hearing my neighboring patrons on face time. I had noise cancelling headphones on, and was still very obviously part of others’ conversations! Understand miniluxe can’t prevent others from being rude on their own time, but would expect them to enforce some manners while inside their facility.
