This was my first visit and from start to finish the experience was welcoming and refreshing. Meredith greeted me and was able to get me in immediately with Salina. Salina did an incredible job and made the experience comfortable. She talked just enough and was thorough. I am so pleased with my manicure. Upon leaving, I was thanked again for choosing Mini Luxe with the same enthusiasm as when I entered. I plan on returning in the future. Thanks for a great experience!

Multiple chipped nails on day 2 of the signature polish manicure after being touched-up in the salon less than 24 hours after the original manicure. Guess only the performance or gel polish will get me to day 3. Staff and atmosphere are nice so sad it didn’t work out.

I will start this review by saying that the salon gave me a 50% discount for the manicurist being 30 min behind, which I appreciated. I have been to miniluxe many times, however, the last two times the quality has gone way down. I got a signature manicure and both times the polish left bubbles when it dried. The last time I went in and had them repainted, and it happened again with the repaint. I thought it was a fluke with that specific polish color but it happened again today. I feel that my manicurist was rushed because she was the only person doing nails because someone left early which she wasn’t happy about. She was incredibly nice, but because of rushing my nails are all different lengths, shapes, and there’s an uneven paint job with polish in my cuticles and on my fingertips that she missed. I am sincerely disappointed, as I’m five months pregnant and booked this as a special treat for myself, having not gone at all in the last five months. I unfortunately will not be going here again. It’s hard to get a picture of the bubbles because of the glare from the shine of the polish on the camera, but I included pictures of the different lengths and paint in my cuticles.

My first time here and it was wonderful – took me at my appt time, place was very clean, and Nia was very friendly. Nice casual atmosphere, not stressful…..had gel removal and manicure with their Professional Polish (Strawberry Macaroon). Nia obviously knows what she’s doing, she is very thorough and meticulous in her work, and obviously cares that she does a good job. My manicure came out perfect – so clean looking, I love it! I’ll definitely be back!

This was my 1st visit to Mini Lux salon in celebrating my sister’s birthday. I had a wonderful experience. Linda was my nail tech for my pedicure. Linda friendly, professional. She did a fabulous job rubbing my legs and feet which made me very relaxed. She filed my toenails just the way I like them . Linda did an outstanding job applying the polish I choose. I would highly recommend Linda, she is an awesome nail tech. Thank you Mini Lux.
