I was excited to have my wedding nails done here- it’s so cute and everyone is very professional. Initially my experience was wonderful with the sweetest woman who spent forever on my gel extensions shaping them to perfection. I loved the color and the way they looked- I left a large tip. I had them done Tuesday for a Saturday wedding (up in Vermont) and on Wednesday they started falling off! I was totally blown away as gel extensions are usually bomb proof and require power tools to remove- I was also really bummed out because I was already up in Vermont and it was too far to come for a fix. I tried to have them fixed up there but was told I would just have to glue them myself. By the time my wedding day rolled around all the nails had fallen off my left hand! I called the studio several times and didn’t hear back about what to do- after the wedding I called a few times and left a message with no response. I’m hoping they get this message so they know something is off with the extension glue! Brides beware!!

UPDATE: changed review from 1 to 5 stars. Anthony from miniluxe contacted me for a full refund and apologized profusely!! Sounds like the glue was off or some other one time fluke. Will definitely be back here in the future.

This was my second time I went to this Nail salon. The first was in 2019 and the second one on November 4th. I already had a great experience the first time and so I hoped it would be the same happening again and it did.

I had an appointment with for me not a familiar technician but I got Nathalya and she was lovely, great and a well known manicurist because she saw my nails and as a flight attendant no matter what products even expensive ones or the cheapest this kind of life takes a toll on like your hands and sleep deprive.

She listens to my wishes cause I took a mani/pedi spa and it was a spa even the foot/handmassage for me could took a little bit longer cause it was perfect and I was jet lagged so I could close my eyes for a couple of minutes.

The salon is still beautiful and clean and provides lots of colors.
When customers left the technician or another colleague would clean up and refill the things that was needed at the desk.

Would I come back again? Yes! Cause I had the same experience like the first and my color on my pedi’s are still looking good after 12 days.

Melanie is the best nail tech! I’ve had her twice and both times she did such an elegant job! Will always book with her from now on ❤️

At first I was pleased but my nails all chipped within 24 hours, and the nail tech cut the eponychium–not the cuticles–on 3 of my nails causing hematomas and a minor infection on one nail (I have photos and am currently treating the nail and it is visible). This is not ok. On a side note, the nail tech moved my sunglasses to the drying area and put them LENS down first which scratched my new oliver peoples sunglasses. Overall just horrible so i’m not sure if it was a new tech or just an unlucky day for me.

The best nail experience happens here! I am so so happy to get my nails done here, ever time is a relaxing one, and I just love how my nails end up. I recommend Nelly, she is amazing, friendly and joyful too, and she likes to do this as well, so I imo it matters that your technician loves nails as much as you do. Also, she is super precise!!! I have been going since last november, and pretty much every month, I am super excited every time I go! 🖤
