I will 100% be coming back. Kim said she’s only there Monday and Tuesday every week, but she took so much time making sure the shape and length was just right, that they were perfectly even, and I was happy with every step. I want her to do my nails forever.
The other woman, I think Mimi, helped my pick the cat eye color I wanted and opened prob 15 bottles to find the perfect one for me.
I’ve never been to such an incredible, caring, and sweet nails salon and will def be getting some of their other services later down the road.
The first time I went the lady that did them was amazing and I thought they were perfect. I just went again yesterday, got Mimi and my nails are uneven, crooked, and the design does not look good. One of my nails started oozing pus today as well, so I didn’t want to go back in.
I tried working with Mimi on a partial refund as I did not have time or want to go sit down again to get them fixed, but she only offered 25% when almost all of them were messed up.
I’m only doing two stars because the first time was great but the lady was someone that only worked on weekends, that I wish I knew her name.
