The owner is very unfriendly. Working super fast and if you ask to take care a bit of your nails and not doing it so fast she gets kind of angry and not even trying to find a way to make me as customer
comfortable , she just goes on her way fast fast fast.

I also had yesterday a appointment and I went Personal there to cancel cause something with my family happened and she didn’t even say sorry to hear or something nice, she was just super unfriendly again telling me it’s the third time I miss a appointment in a very bad way .

The way how she talks and the way to make the Nails very very fast if it hurts me or not she just don’t care

The ladies that work here are super nice. Had shellac manicure done twice now, however in the second time, the manicure chipped after a week, and two weeks later multiple nails were missing pieces of the shellac. Also, the first time I went, the gel was applied on thickly enough that my nails hurt while under the lamp, and and my nails continued to hurt for several days thereafter.

Good service and a good selection for colors. Unfortunately, my nails weren’t painted all the way, so the freshly painted nails looked like they had grown out for two weeks.

I booked and confirmed a combination standard manicure and pedicure a few days ago over the phone. My appointment was this morning at 10:00 (so right when they open). To be honest, my experience was poor right from the beginning. The woman who came to the door looked like she had just been woken up by me and was not pleased about it. I mentioned my appointment, I sat down at the manicure table, she gave me several color wheels to choose from, and then started sanding down my left pinky nail with the electric grinder. I didn’t know why she was doing this; I just booked a normal manicure with lacquer. So I told her, and she stopped that. She had obviously made a mistake but never asked or double checked what I wanted. Then she whizzed through my manicure as if I’d come at the very end of the day and she was getting ready to leave, despite the fact that they’d only just opened, and I was the very first and only client there. The nails were not filed very well. The manicure is just ok. Maybe it would also be helpful to be friendly to your guests, offer them a glass of water, but they were moody, rushing through the work and it was not enjoyable experience.
When she moved on to my pedicure, she sanded down the skin of my right toe to the point where there’s raw skin. There was no apology or acknowledgment of this mishap. I told her that it hurt and that it also didn’t look good. I had booked this treatment because I had a photo/film shooting today. But most importantly it hurt, and is still painful. She just said that “it’ll be better tomorrow.” The other woman working there dismissed me and she it was “the Farbe.” It’s not definitely not! My skin is raw where it meets the nail bed and the end of my nail. When I took a shower later today it was stinging. I told them that I was unhappy but they basically didn’t say anything. Zero customer service at this place. Then she proceeded to charge me the full price for both treatments. Only after me day Ng a few more times that I was not happy, she took off a measly 2€, again with no apology or any attempt to better the situation or their reputation. Nor even a thank you for my payment or custom. A bad experience that I will not repeat by ever returning there. I’m actually surprised at the other good reviews. It’s why I booked this place in the first place. Very disappointed!!!
