This salon has such a relaxing atmosphere. I’ve been twice now. Marie did a wonderful pedicure for me 2 weeks ago, and then I got a full set of actylics by Mimi. I’ve tried several other shops before I found Mimi’s, and not one could do a decent set of acrylics and the pedicures were laughable! Mimi’s is my place from now on!

This is the worst place ever I wouldn’t take my service here or my money here these people are really rude to their customers. My mom came three days ago to do her gel nails. They only last her three days my mom went back to see if they were able to redo her nails And they said no. I understand that you guys are fully booked. I also said if my mom was able to leave her number to see if there were any cancellations for them to call her. They were so rude. I also said if you guys aren’t willing to do my mom’s nails again, then give her her money back they said no This is the worst place ever.

To overpriced and didn’t even get what I showed them. I went in as an anniversary gift excited to get my feet and nails done but I left in tears. The man who said he was the owner was the rudest ever he just kept yelling at me when I tried telling him that I’m not happy about the service.and he just kept over talking me not allowing me to explain. Never received a bad mail appointment like this so I’ll never be going back and will be recommending for everyone I know not to go. This was my first time getting my nails done in Klamath and they just painted a bad picture on salons here.

Very rude. My experience with the two gentlemen doing nails was unbelievable. I had to walk out, it was very disappointing, however there are plenty of other great places in Klamath Falls that value their customers and treat them with respect.

Came in as a walk in and they managed to see me for a pedicure. I was told to keep the bag and bring back to save $6 next time so it must have been added to my bill? Overall I would not come back here if I had an option.
