After my pedicure, I expressed my dissatisfaction with my nails to Chris, and he asked me to come back anytime after 3pm for a fix. When I returned at 4pm, Chris told me they were too busy and wanted me to come back again at 5:30pm. This made me frustrated because he chose to ask me to come back anytime after 3pm and I had already paid. I literally had to rearranged my schedule to return. I felt disrespected by the lack of consideration for my time and the inconvenience. I have other commitments and can’t keep driving back and forth to the salon for the mistake you made in the first place.
I would encourage you to admit if you don’t know something NEXT time, and the customer can then choose a different color instead of you doing something completely different and lying when it’s addressed. There’s nothing wrong with not knowing something.
I had originally come in for two services and then decided to add a third service and they were able to accommodate me.
I was most impressed by the cleanliness of the salon and great customer service.
Edit: I went back today and enjoyed it even more this time. It’s so clean and comfortable, which is a huge plus! I have for sure found my go-to place. I love that it’s close to home too.
