I get my nails done by Addis and she has never done me wrong. She takes her time and like to perfect her work and is very considerate of the customer’s criticism. Not to mention she does house calls for a little bit xtra and I LOVE that. Book with her ASAP!!

It’s unfortunate because this is the only nail salon in the area and the people that work there seem very sweet. However, it is an incredibly disorganized and dirty establishment. If you look closely there is a bit of grime and nail dust nearly everywhere. It makes you wonder if they clean between or at least at the end of the day.

I went in for a nail trim and basic manicure with clear basic polish and my technician’s desk was in disarray. She kept scrambling and looking for her tools. She didn’t feel comfortable trimming my nails short, despite it being the length that I’ve requested at other nail salons. She ultimately filed them poorly instead and I had to trim them myself at home. For some reason the technician trimmed my cuticles so short that most of my fingers were bleeding at the end of the service. It made me concerned as I wasn’t sure if any of the tools had been cleaned prior to the service. There typically are a handful of tools that have been sanitized specifically for use with a single client and the technician literally pulled tools out from her kit and was digging them out from drawers so I know they weren’t clean

I received the worst pedicure ever today. I was a walk in and had my manicure done and waited two hours for a pedicure. My feet and heels were not washed or even touched other than being polished. I was asked if I wanted a scrub for an additional $10 which I refused because my feet do not require additional scrubbing. Not to even message my feet is unacceptable. My lower leg was not touched. I was called after returning home and I agreed to return for a manicure. However, I doubt if I will return to this establishment. It is a very convenient location for me, however I’d rather travel and have a real pedicure. I decided to ask for the refund and the owner agreed to meet with me yesterday. When I arrived (11:00 am) and the establishment was closed. I waited a few minutes, called and left a message, but she was a no-show and did not return the call. Do yourself a favor and skip the convenience.

Very lovely staff, they made sure I was comfortable and at ease. Tamara Took great care to talk me through the process, and short that I do all the options and was very attentive to detail when I required a little more care. Definitely coming back here appreciate the hard words and patience, demonstrated by the staff.
