10/10 I would likely recommend. So I found them on TikTok BUT it was the one on Katy so I was skeptical of this location because it wasn’t the same location HOWEVER I loved my experience. Personally I recommend you book after 9:30 that’s seems to be when everything is ready and people are there waiting to service you. I got the milk and honey pedicure definitely loved it. She got rid of my ingrown in my big toe and she was GENTLE. IT DID NOT HURT!!!! Thank you for that. 🙏🏽🙌🏾 the service was great a little over an hour from start to finish. I also got the gel x nails and they are cute. We will see how they last after about two weeks and I’ll update you guys. She was fantastic too. She realized the nail was crooked and instead of prying it off she did a soak off and reapplied the gel x nail. Which was surprising but very nice to have done. I will go back I spent over 180 BUT that was with a tip and I do not top every service but they deserved it. I received my complimentary drink(coffee) and just loved everything about my experience today. Thank you!!!

I saw Ambi yesterday. I rarely get my nails done but my best friend recommended this Milano mail location. We’ve both gone to the heights location before. I love how I didn’t feel rushed at all. I’ve had problems before every time I got dip but Ambi listened to all my concerns and my nails came out beautifully. Highly recommend and will be coming back myself! Hope they don’t expand too much because I do enjoy the calmness of this location.

Love love love coming here. I moved to Houston recently and was worried about finding another reliable and clean nail salon. Milano West U is that and more! The staff is so friendly and really in tune with providing the best services. I was there for 2 hours and the manager did not stop walking around and checking on people.
Mindy did my pedicure and she did a great job. Ambi absolutely ATE my dip manicure. She was so attentive to the shape and color matched a picture I showed her perfectly.
Highly recommend!!!

What a comfortable experience my friend and I had today!!! Ambi did my nails and Tracy did my friends !! She followed my directions and inspiration down to the detail and exceeded my expectations!! Ambi was so sweet and gentle. Nothing hurt and my nails look amazing!! I do a lot of work with my dominant hand so I always do a set on one hand and just a gel manicure on the other and she easily incorporated the designs to fit both !! She is my new regular for sure !!!

Milano Nail Spa West U has such a relaxing environment! I’ve been to many nail salons in Houston, it’s by far the best. Everyone is professional and courteous from the moment you walk in. The nail technicians are great as well. By far my favorite is Kelly! She is AMAZING, and her personality is so welcoming and genuine! ! I can show Kelly an inspo picture and she will tailor the style to me, my nails are always perfection.Couldn’t have asked for a better person to be paired with. Thank you Milano and Kelly!
