I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for the past 2-3 years. Susan and Hannah consistently work wonders with my nails, and I’m always thrilled with the results. They’re both incredibly talented, friendly, and easygoing. The receptionists are very polite, and you can tell they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Five stars, hands down! I just spent 140+ dollars on a mani and pedi here (not including a 30% tip). I’m so disappointed that the very next day (I got a metallic color), the metallic is already coming off (they only did 1 layer of it on top of a bunch of white undercoat dip. Such a disappointment. I have had metallic done at another place and it didn’t come off for weeks. Also, one of the employees kept approaching the ladies working on my nails and being really off and making me feel very uncomfortable. She was coming up to us with her hands behind her back, and then went off behind a wall poking her head out staring at us with this really weird creepy face (I’m sure she thought she was being funny, as she was laughing with them) but it was weird and it lasted like 20 minutes of her not leaving the nail ladies alone and laughing with them doing weird things around me, going behind the corner and creepily popping her head out at us several times. Very uncomfortable, a huge waste of 180+ dollars and I’m so disappointed. Not to mention they put tips on my thumb nail since they were shorter than the rest, they left my thumb nails absolutely monstrous compared to my other nails. Very poor job. Very disappointing. Very NOT relaxing.

This location displays Excellent customer service, and they are very organized. Every time I go to Milano’s in Sugar Land I am in and out. They have exceptional nail artists here as well. This visit I went with a dipped French Manicure and a shellac French Pedicure. Lindsay and Annie did an excellent job! I will continue giving by business to Milano’s Sugar Land !

I brought my granddaughter with me to get a pedicure and her pedicure was done in record time and she was only able to have her feet in the water for about 2 minutes. My granddaughter also even have a chance to pick out her nail color because we were told we needed to look in a book. This completely took the fun out of it since she is only 8. The nail tech for her told me well if you get a bundle then she would have had more time in the water. I told her she wanted a pedicure to experience having her feet soak in the water and then have her pedicure done and the service should have been longer since the cost is $22. And to top it off her pedicure was crappy. I included a picture of it because her toes were not properly painted. They ended up just repainting her toes and then the tech was done and I had to tell her to please clean it up like you would do for an adult. She seemed annoyed and did it but it was still shoddy. I told her and the person in charge that the pedicure should be done correctly and NOT sloppy just because she is 8 and especially for $22!
I requested a hot stone massage which only included the massage on the top part of my leg and not the entire leg. The nail tech Paula stated that I should have told her I wanted the entire leg. I told her I have had this service done before at your other location in the Heights and they did the entire leg, not half. She said there is not enough time to do the back of the leg with only five minutes. Paula suggested I come back again and next time tell them I want the back of my leg to be done. They were nice enough to let me change the color when I didn’t like it but not without the Manager coming to chat with me.
I am dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience and with this location since my family and I receive such a high quality service at the Heights location. *edit They did not charge me for the hot stone massage and offered a discount for next time. I do not plan on coming back to this place though.

The manicure service lasted about 40 minutes.
– They filed my natural nails to my choice of almond shape.
– Soaked my nails in a smooth lemon water solution.
– Gave a large variety of gel polish to choose from.
– Added a base coat, 5 layers or so of gel polish, and a top coat.
– update: They lasted 3 weeks no chips
I went with my friend who had wedding nails done (day of the wedding) for a touch-up on her dip french-tip nails. The technicians were amazing and fast.
