I liked my first couple of times here, but yesterday I got a dip manicure and had a really rough tech. Both the drill and the filing were really uncomfortable and I’m now left with bleeding cuticles. I don’t understand why she seemed rushed to get it over with as they weren’t busy. Going back to my previous salon as I regret paying $65 and $13 tip just to have pretty nails and a bunch of bleeding cuts. $78 is too expensive to be harmed and rushed.

Edelsa & James did a fantastic job with my nails! I entered the salon & was seated immediately, offered a drink (which they have a lot of options to chose from) & started working on my nails. They both were very kind, patient & did not rush at all! I had such a relaxing experience that I will be back when I’m in the Houston area again!
