Very nice sweet staff. Quick and efficient made me & my daughter feel very welcome . Very accommodating .
UPDATE : 4/30 after 3 days my nails have half fell off/pulled up. Not a single one was “broke” but man . For what I spent plus this is far too soon to be doing this . I still stand with the staff being friendly but I’m very disappointed.

Save your money, even if you voice your complaints they don’t even give you the 10% off that they are advertising up front. After having a new baby I wanted to treat myself to a pedi. Hard to find the time! Could not get them to understand the simple color I picked from their selection. I kept telling them that’s not what I picked. The pedi lady was sweet, not her fault. The front girl doesn’t have any knowledge of what they offer, and the owner didn’t really try to comp me. She wanted to fix the color. I have already been there 1 hour trying to tell them that’s not the color with a new born in my hands. No way I was going stay another to fix the color. Super annoyed. $60 down the drain for ugly white toes. I hate writing bad reviews but I feel like nothing was done to satisfy the customer.

I have been going here on and off for about a year. I have never liked their work, however they’re pretty clean and classy so I pick my battles. Lately, they have been using very little products and the nails fall off quickly. They also skip a few steps before applying fake nails. I can tell they’re hurting and feel bad but you can’t give cheap service because you’re struggling. To top it off it’s very expensive compare to other places. If we pay more is to receive more. My bill was $398 5 pedis (3 kids) (2 toe acrylic nails) 4 manis and 1 full set.
3 days after app; my 2 big toe nails came off already. All my nails are lifting. My kids nail polish is almost completely gone. I paid close to $450 tip included to have nails that didn’t even last 24 hrs.

Very short staff, but everyone is very nice. Only problem was the manager kept getting up and helping other people and coming back to me and my daughters nails. After less than a week my nails are lifting and my daughters nails are chipping. This was my second time going to this shop. First time was a good experience. This time not so much. I will not go back. Horrible, horrible, horrible. A waist of money.
