I wanted to give it a try because it is really close to home but I won’t be back. I was a walk in and asked for regular manicure, I waited around 10 min (not bad). For starters I didn’t like how she cleaned my cuticle and the sides of the nails; she seemed to be in a hurry and didn’t do a good job. The lady doing my nails may have bad vision, to the point she had to redo one of the nails and it ended up worse, when she filed the nails they were not smooth so with the nail polish you can see the edge was not clean/smooth (again she was in a hurry). It took forever to dry due to the mess she created. My nails started to chip the same day, so, overall I didn’t like it and won’t recommend.

UT was super friendly and did a great job! Her personality was bubbly and welcoming! I went in for a pedicure and dip removal. She nailed the shape I wanted on my toes and made me feel comfortable rocking my natural nails on my hands. She was also quick and efficient! Will definitely come back!

My first time here and I won’t be back. I agree with a few other reviews and although everyone was friendly, it was not a good experience. The lady that did my nails was rushing and overly aggressive. She globbed on the dip and ripped my skin with the drill file when smoothing them out. I was bleeding from my cuticle for the rest of the appointment. Painful.

Kim gave me a wonderful pedicure today at Milan Nails in Southlake! She really scrubbed off all the rough spots and my toes look so pretty. And Viviane did my manicure with a terrific shoulder massage. I definitely will come back again and highly recommend them. Josey is the manager and does great manicures too

Got a pedicure here on a whim with the wife on a Sunday afternoon. Was seated immediately and a drink was in my hand within minutes! They did an excellent job dealing with my Dumb and Dumber level of poor foot care. I will definitely be returning for future pedicures.
