Mikauri Nail Salon accepts walk-ins and that is always a plus. I got a simple Gel manicure: the nail tech took her time and I was pleased with the results. I would advise to call ahead to avoid a long wait.

If you don’t have all day to sit and wait don’t come here. I came to the salon (prepared to spend $120 on an acrylic pedi) a walk-in, asked the wait time, and was told 10 mins. There’s no communication about who is next, techs go on breaks whenever and there’s empty pedi chairs with no organization of services. After 45 mins of waiting and being passed up twice for the pedicure chair I left. This shop will WASTE YOUR TIME.

Bad customer service, I left unsatisfied and made sure to tell the owner that I did not like my toes but still didn’t care. The lady who was working on my toes only spoke Spanish and she couldn’t understand what I was saying! I always go and get my toes there as a loyal customer I expected more!

First time visiting this location, and the young lady who did my mani and pedi did a wonderful job. My nail spot is in Irvington, but this location is closer to where I live. I definitely recommend this place!
