Just moved to the area and went to go see Lisa. Super friendly and got my soak and dip done in an hour. She asked my preference on shape and was detailed. I will definitely be going back – told her she is my newest nail tech

Got my nails done for my wedding with Lisa at Midtown nails and I love them! Heard about midtown nails from another referral source and glad I decided to give them a try. I got French tip acrylics and they turned out really nice. Lisa was very friendly & took her time during the appointment.

Worth every penny!!! Easy scheduling, fair pricing, patient, helpful suggestions for colors/design, good community/environment, amazing nail art!

I got short-medium length almond shaped gel x nails, ended up using about 8 colors with a design on every finger and 3 accent nails (2 of those being complicated/a specific character). It took roughly 2 hours total and came out to $110.

I checked their availability online and they were full but had an option to call and check if there were openings. I called and was told they’d give me a call back after doing their next appointment if they had an opening. I got a text a couple hours later with a time they could fit me in. Showed up and was seen in about 5 minutes. I had originally said I wanted some simple nail art (just a couple sparkle shapes) because I wasn’t familiar with what they could do here, after the woman next to me requested some nail art I felt more comfortable and ended up asking if they’d be able to do some more complicated art for me. They were fine with doing the art and I showed a few references and we narrowed it down to one. They were patient with me and the changes I wanted to make, I was able to speak up and say if I wanted to do something different or didn’t like something. Also, almost NO PAIN, normally my hands are pretty sensitive so when I get my nails done it can be painful, was probably partially due to my nails already being pretty clean from recently doing them at home but barely had any moments of pain. Great environment too, obviously has lots of regulars since the owner knew several customers who came in by name. I LOVE my nails and this is the first time I’ve left a service like this feeling like I got exactly what I wanted. Great place 🙂

Midtown Nails has gotten me hooked. Lisa is awesome and also has a team with a nice variety of talent with nail art designs and application. I’m so happy I found a salon that I can take nail art concepts to and they know what they need and how to execute. Multiple of them have artistic backgrounds, so they are excited to try new ideas and get creative. Booking is also a breeze online. She did my wedding manicure nail art! Each time I go for a fill/update I’m a little sad to remove my design, but just as happy when I leave with a fresh set.

Lisa and her team are the absolute BEST! 💖I tried several other places in Charlotte before a friend referred me to Lisa and though some of those places looked great, I always left disappointed with my nails. Midtown nails never disappoints!!! They also last significantly longer than any place I’ve been. So grateful I found them! 💅
