Got my nails done with them and didn’t have a problem. I went back today to get my nails done and I am really disappointed. She didn’t introduce herself, was rushing, charged extra $5 to do the almond shape that I want (which is ridiculous) I didn’t get the right shape, felt like she was rushing to finish so she can start on the next customer. I went with my friends and all 3 of us are not happy with our nails! My friend’s nail tech was nice, he just didn’t do a thorough job (pic) Will be going somewhere else!

I love getting a pedicure here with my wife. It is an amazing experience. The employees there are so amazing at what they do. Always making sure that you are comfortable. It is one of the things that my wife and I love doing during our date days. Five stars are not enough. I would give them 10 out of 10.

Mommy and Harmoni’s World
The service was poor. I felt like my feet were rushed on and not done properly. The tech was only concerned about making a dollar, because before I could be seated good at the dryer she was asking for the payment. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking to relax and feel pampered.

They were very nice & by far this was the best visit for me at a nail salon. Also the price was good $55, which I thought I’d be paying more for this. I luv my nails ❤️

I had no problem waiting since I had no appointment. I waited about 10 minutes where there’s barely enough seats to be seated at. I was finally seated when called, but had to wait an additional 10 minutes to be taken into consideration. The lady was busy doing who knows what. All I needed was for my acrylic nails to be removed. It was all fine until I had repetitively had asked her around how much would they charge for the type of nails I had because there’s no prices on their website. Finally, towards the end she had told me. Unfortunately, the lady was rushed the whole time to finish and did my natural nails uneven. This place seems to have impatient employees. I believe with better time management and communication Midtown Nails could improve its overall customer satisfaction.
