I recently visited Michelle Nails in Visalia to get my French tip nails done for my cousin’s wedding, and I had the pleasure of being taken care of by the talented and lovely Cathy. I must say, she truly exceeded my expectations and made my experience unforgettable!

Right from the moment I walked into the salon, Cathy greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile. Her friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. Her positive energy and genuine kindness were a breath of fresh air.

When it came to the nail service itself, Cathy’s skills were nothing short of exceptional. She displayed an incredible attention to detail and precision, ensuring that each nail was perfectly shaped and polished. The French tip design she created was absolutely stunning and added an elegant touch to my overall look. I received numerous compliments on my nails during the wedding, all thanks to Cathy’s expertise.

I decided to try this salon for the first time .. I chose the colors and things were fine .. When I finished I left my sister because she was not finished yet, and I went to get the money because they do not accept cards! Then I noticed that the colors I chose were not suitable with each other !! Unfortunately for me it was 7:00 am, which means that they are about to close !! But they did not care about the time, they re-work one more time, they removed the colors that I did not like .. And it was totally free

I’ve always been pleased with the work they do. I got acrylics with gold sparkle and they turned out really cute, price was $34 not including the tip. The gentleman than did my nails was named B, super friendly and talkative.

My nail person was out of town..so I went here.. never again! My thumb nail was put on crooked..literally looked like I was hitch hiking! I picked the colors I wanted silver glitter and light mauve…this is what she did I asked her if the polish was gonna stay that way she said Oh no…I don’t think she understood me! Totally not what I asked for .. I was to embarrass to tell her anything there were already so many people waiting to be serviced So I headed out to another salon who fixed me up…there remark..ummm who did your nails oh my! Yea I know I said! We’ll that was my adventure for the day

I really like this place. My first visit was a walk-in & I was seen within 5 min. (My timing was good, because after that… a lot of people showed up.) I had my nails done by Vincent and he did the shape EXACTLY the way I like. He was fast & accurate, he is very good at his craft. I like the way he examined each nail after making sure was shaped correctly. My second visit, was on a Friday so I called from work early in the day and made an appointment. When I showed up there were five people waiting to get their nails done, but because I made the appointment I was seen first. I appreciated that I was not put behind the walk-ins like some shops do. This time my nails were done by Ben and he was very good as well, I really liked how he was able to see what was done previous and incorporate that into my own style. He also asked if I was happy with the work after he shaped them and he was very meticulous, examining each nail making sure the shape was balanced. Then did not paint my nails because they were very busy so he had Tammy paint them and she did a wonderful job she took her time she made sure that the paint was accurate on my nail all the way to the edges and evenly applied . I like that she even helped file some of the little edges that were rough. she with meticulous as well.
I would say these three people are wonderful in their craft, care about their work, and show it
