We went today for mother’s day pedicures. For 3 deluxe pedicures and a $20 tip to each tech I spent $300! Only to notice when we got 2 minutes down the street to the restaurant myself and my daughter’s French tips were all bad!! Not even covering like it should!! When someone is willing to spend that kind of money in your establishment, you should take better care to do a good job. We will not be returning here again!

This place has got way too much of my business and I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt! NEVER AGAIN!! They rush you through your pedicure and they CHOOSE what they are going to do! I am PAYING FOR A SERVICE!! You don’t tell me what YOU are going to do! I am PAYING YOU!! The ball is in my court! Sorry NOT SORRY!! I have spent hundreds of dollars at this junk place! Not to mention this place needs some updates! Then the nail tech has the nerve to talk about others in front of you! I know Chinese/Japanese I know everything you said! How dare you!?? I will let EVERYONE know NOT TO COME HERE! I am particular when it comes to things I AM PAYING FOR! I work hard for my money! BEWARE DO NOT COME TO THIS NAIL SALON!! And please look at the other bad reviews they are similar to mine!

I thought very carefully before leaving this review but the fact that I left a nail salon crying on mother’s day weekend isn’t ok. The lady started with my toes and as we’re finishing up she asks me if I have gel on my nails right now, I explained no its acrylic the tips broke off I need these soaked off and new set put on. She gets loud and says well why didn’t you tell me. I said excuse me I told the gentleman when I checked in for my service what I needed. I guess I assumed yall take it from there? Guess not. She says well now you will wait even longer, you could have been soaking while I did your toes you need to tell the people who service you what you need done. So now I’m frustrated. We then start my nails and my 8 year old daughter came and sat with me. She also got her toes and nails done. My daughter decided to place her used toe wedges on the lip of her pop can so I said baby don’t drink that anymore the germs from the wedges are all over where you put your lips now. My daughter is extremely sensitive. She gets teary eyed if I say ANYTHING serious to her (I was the exact same way as a child, I think it was embarrassment for me) so the nail tech decided to step in and tell me, she is just a kid and I scared her and how it’s not like the wedges are used over and over, they were new for her and repeats she is just a kid. She spent the rest of the time looking at my daughter with pouty lips feeling terrible as if I really did something bad to my daughter, continued her comments to me about the situation barely focusing on my nails. So $200 later I leave crying with crappy nails and toes. She was unprofessional, rude and should never ever comment on the way a mom parents HER CHILD!

This was my first time going to Michael’s and the service was excellent. I got a pedicure and full set of acrylic on my toes. Jasmine did an excellent job. She was very meticulous about the details. Thank you.

The staff is nice. Both Bebe & Cindy are very nice ladies. I was looking at reviews on Google, and saw some of the comments about crooked nails. Which had me looking at mine. Just now noticed couple nails are crooked. It seems to be the acrylic itself that pushed it crooked. My nails, specially my pinkies are hurting they hurt which unsure why since this isn’t the first time I get acrylic nails. Also- note that all my nails are itching, and my pinkies are getting swollen. Unsure if the tools were cleaned before using on my nails. I am concerned. They itch so much, I want the nails off.
The pedicure was good- the nail polish on it did rub off by the time I got home had came off. Which I didn’t put socks on until an hour or so after before I left the nail salon while I was getting my nails done on my hands.
Like I said ladies are nice, Just those couple crooked nails but I didn’t notice until now.
