If you don’t have a public bathroom just say so? Needed to use the bathroom while waiting for the train nearby and employees confiscated my personal belongings, They acted offended I asked to use their restroom, and I had to wait for someone to enter a passcode into the bathroom door to let me in, then tried to act friendly as I left. So sorry I had to piss.

I have had several bad experiences with the store in Aurora, CO. The staff there are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Unfortunately, I had to utilize their Amazon Pkg Pickup service due to theft where I live. They could never find my packages or had time for the service even if they were just standing around. Today, I literally had one of them say that she didn’t have time for this & walked off. 6 of them were just standing around up front staring at me while I tried to figure out the packages. NEVER WILL I STEP FOOT INSIDE THIS STORE AGAIN.

Johnathan in the Frames department made my day! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Made my cheap canvas print lay flat by mounting it and cut a new mat to fit my frame. Looks amazing! Thank you!

I had some artwork from some different shows that I needed framed. I had two different orders and the patience the staff gave me was very appreciated. I wanted to make sure I chose the right color for my prints. Of course all I wanted to do was pick up my order, that was ready sooner than estimated, and I walked out spending another $50, all the projects I have brewing in my brain!!
