I had an appointment at 10 but whenI got there, I ended up being sat for about 15/20 minutes at a dirty spot. When she finally got to, she was rushing. She asked what I wanted. Then immediately glued and started with the acrylic and poorly shaped them. Once she got to painting the actual tips she free handed it but didn’t clean up the edges. Then she squirted some sort of lotion on my hands and wiped, I mean basically rubbed it off along with the nail dust she didn’t even buff off or suggest washing my hands.
I have been here multiple times but these last two times have just been terrible.

This was my first time there and I can say I finally found a home nail shop. I was serviced by Vee. I got a pedicure, fill and eyebrow wax. Very seldom am I at a place that I get to work with the same person for all services. Vee was very gentle and precise! They also offered mimosas and water, the music was tasteful, they were very clean and the customer service was impeccable. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in and the moment I walked out. Definitely recommend!

I needed an overhaul and fix of 3 nails that fell off from a full set I had done last Sunday at a nail salon in Chesapeake.
My DIL made us an appointment at the recommendation of a coworker. Let me just say hands down, MiMi did a wonderful job on correcting another salons mess.
I posted my before and after. She fixed the 3 missing tips,fixed the shape, and did a wonderful polish job. Got my hands, looking totally transformed.
I appreciate the attentiveness of the service and customer service as you walk in by the young lady as soon as you arrive.
We were late for our appt , and she was so pleasant in accommodating us anyhow. Thank you, Michael Michelle, when I relocate back to Va from IL. This will be my go-to nail spa! Nice overall vibe! To add, they did a wonderful job on my DIL pedicure, fill, and eyebrows. 💞

Omg! Never realized this place existed until I received a recommendation from a friend if mines. So happy I went to get my manicure here. I tried their dipping powder method which I liked a lot. I truly love how they were able to make my nails look pretty because coming in my nails were all uneven, chipped, and very short. But the lady that did my nails did her magic okay! She even gave me a hand massage afterwards. My goodness that was much need after a hard day of work. What a way to end my day with a smile. I highly recommend, their prices are worth the effort they put into it. I’m definitely making this my go to permanent spot to get my nails and feet done. 😌 😊

I recently visited this salon for the first time. The receptionist was friendly, and I appreciated the initial customer service. However, as we prepared for my basic pedicure and manicure, the service provider suggested a $65 pedicure spa package, which I declined politely. During the service, she recommended cleaning my eyebrows, even though I had just done so the day before at another threading spot. At checkout, I was surprised to find out they had charged me for the deluxe package without my consent. Despite clear communication, the situation felt disloyal, and I won’t return to a place that mishandles transactions in this manner!
