I prefer not to say anything negative. Suffice it to say I gave them the benefit of the doubt with two stars. Won’t ever go back again but I tried since they are fairly new owners. Found a new salon and very happy.

Took my daughter for her first eyebrow wax. She was so happy and after leaving here, she left in tears! One brow came ok good and too much hair was taken off on the opposite side. The good side brow was close to her nose and other side is close to above her eye/waterline. COMPLETELY Uneven! I did call to let them know and was offered a refund but declined as I paid with cash and don’t see us going back. Ones way smaller

Miami Nails new owners are amazing. They took care of the whole the bridal party at the same time, made us feel special, AND all the nails came out beautiful. My only nail salon now. Definitely recommended.
