The ladies are really patient and careful. I have gout and diabetic pain issues, and have extremely sensitive toes. They are always super careful and very gentle.

Their nail technicians do not know how to use nail files without causing injury to their clients and their nails start chipping and cracking the minute you leave the salon. I used to have to go back several times a week to fix the nails they did and be charged each time. It is not normal for gel nails to start peeling a day or two after being applied. If this is your regular nail salon and this is happening to you also, please find another salon where your nails can last for at least 2 weeks. I have, and I’m much happier.

I never had this before but my GEL nail polish MELTED. I have grains of sand stuck in my nails when I went to the beach 2 days later. This is not normal. They are also completely uneven. I could have done it better myself this is the biggest waste of money. Beware.
