Mi Nails knowingly gave me a FUNGUS INFECTION and continued to do my nails and said THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY NAILS 💅 They popped the Acrylic off with a nail tip. They never once soaked them. They never used clean tools between customers 🙄 The FUNGUS SPREAD TO MY NECK AND OTHER AREAS🤔 I AM UNDER A DOCTORS CARE AND 3 MEDICATIONS NOW AND WILL BE FOR MONTHS.. @Mi NAILS acted like it was an inconvenience. IF YOU ARE GETTING YOUR NAILS OR TOES DONE … PLEASE, PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF BEFORE DOING SO AND SPEAK UP BEFORE LETTING SOMEONE DO THIS DAMAGE TO YOU !!!!!

I have been going here for a while now and have always been pleased. I had one time where they were really busy and rushed on my pedicure. But I am the type to understand things happen. They’ve always done the best ombré and I’ve gone to several places. They’re also so nice.

Nice nail tech did a horrible job. Spent $130 on fill, basic pedi, brow tint and chin wax.
My cuticles look like I’ve been through a wood chipper. My brows look like Mortician Adams, my chin is scarred from the acid/wax.
I’ve sworn off this spot 3 times but manage to go back when in a pinch.
Never more. My coins can spend elsewhere.

My friend and I went in Friday night around 6:00 before they closed and got manicures and pedicures. Our pedicures turned out fine however our nails were a mess the next day The tips were coming off and the clear coat that they used with all cracked and chipping already. I was not happy, this had not ever happened at any place I’ve ever been to. We noticed while we were there getting our nails done that the clear polish did not look very good to start with but they insisted. I went in on Sunday for a refund and they refused saying that they would fix it. Fixing it is not always the problem You still have to make time to sit there again while they fix their mistake taking time away from you doing something else.I do not understand why there’s not a refund policy. Not happy and will not be going back!!?

This used to be my go to spot. I haven’t been there for years. The aloe pedi was nice. But the Colors were supposed to match, and they aren’t even close. I had wanted a mani with gel polish. My nails were only clipped, filed and painted and I was charged $25 for that. You guys used to be fantastic and was looking forward to being a regular again now that I’m back in the area. But after paying almost $120 and this is what I got…. I won’t be back.
