I visited MG on a recommendation from my sister, who has been a long-time client. I requested Kan and did a hard gel manicure, a regular polish pedicure, and had my brows done by Bebe. Kan was quick and thorough and had great customer service. Bene was the same way. I love that Kan made suggestions on a style for my nails that went outside my norm but did not change what I liked. The pedicure was relaxing and felt great also. My total minus tip came out to $134. The only thing I would say is that I would’ve liked to see a detailed/ itemized receipt because when I asked for a receipt, it only had my total.

Popped in from out of state; took me straight away (and on a Saturday!). Very carefully manicured and polished. Love the color (816) and how perfect my nails look. The time there was pleasant and I appreciate how the staff are on first name basis with their clients.
Sad I live elsewhere, otherwise – this would be my place!

I’ve been going here for the past 6+ months and love it! Each technician has a different style, but all do great work. BB has the best technique, Kan is the most social/interpersonal and makes you feel like family, and TJ is just the best. They all try their best to recreate the look you want. Come at least once (it’s what got me hooked 😉).

My friend and I came in for pedicures. I did normal nail polish and the finished product was sloppy. Someone else who worked there pointed it out and had my person fix it, but it was still messy when she was done. We went to pay and the tip options were wrong. My pedicure was $60 and the 10% tip option was stated to be over $10 (10% of $60 is $6). My friend asked if a massage was included with the regular pedicure (because it lists an upgrade for a 12 minute massage), and he said yes. He set a timer for 10 minutes for her massage. Then when she went to pay, he charged her for the 12 minute massage upgrade. Her tip options were also calculated incorrectly, and she didn’t even have an option of tipping 10%, her lowest was 15%.

John is the BEST nail technician I have ever had work on my nails. He remembers how you like your nails, is so quick, and my nails always come out flawless! I personally like my nails short but I have seen him do amazing on long nails as well!
