Worst paint job I’ve ever gotten at a nail salon… I could’ve done better myself. I thought it would look better after they dried, it didn’t. I was serviced my Kelly. Nice woman, but she can’t paint nails.

Probably the worst experience I have had at a nail salon. Tommy was my mail artist. He was rude and made me feel bad for coming late even though I tried to book for a later time and made him very aware that I wouldn’t make it the time he wanted me there. Doesn’t stop there. He cut my cuticle twice and blamed me for moving too much when he had full control and grasp each finger he was working on. Attached is the photo and it honestly speaks for itself. Over priced and really rude nail tech.

I went here to get a removal for nails that I had on and it was extremely unprofessional. The nail technician ripped off my fingernail after not paying attention to what he was doing because he was on the phone. It hurt so bad it made me cry in the shop where i was then left alone for 15 minutes waiting for someone else to take over doing my nails. Nobody apologized at all. I was in so much pain and terrified they were going to rip another one off. Traumatized to the point where i’m learning to do my own nails at home. Would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

I have been coming to this location since it opened, I receive my pedicure services from Kelly which she is the best… but the rest of the staff is loud and rude, on 3 occasions I walk in to see if Kelly is available, I’m talking to the front desk receptionist and one of the staff yells from the side, telling the whole salon Kelly not available…. Just rude and unprofessional, I have been a salon owner for 18 years and I would never….. Kelly lost a loyal client based off the staff… I only gave 3 stars because of Kelly, if it wasn’t for her they wouldn’t get any in my opinion….
