3/9/24 ** UPDATE from original review! Doing laundry and another nail has popped off! To be expected because the nails were so so thin. Nit unless the acrylic is cheap or old! Im over it and them! From one to ZERO STARS

I must say I have came here about 6 times before im writing this review. Sunny-is the best in there problem is he is only there Saturday and Sunday and is by appointments only.

I got a full set done by “Charlie” and my nails were so thin. Two broke I went to get them fixed and the 1 ladies that were in there couldnt speak or even understand english.

So I left, went back and “Charlie” refilled and repaired my nail. While there I showed him the crack in my nail he just put acrylic over it.
2 days later im washing dishes and mopping and boom nail came flying off.

Went back he said ” nail repair” I said yes and I told him the nail was cracked and should have fixed it that day. He was upset and didnt apply primer or anything. He was upset because I asked to speak with the manager. I explained because I have not had the best experience. Every time I come I pay and tip $10.00 and up. Just for poor service. I told him Id never return he said so, we dont care. I need to find a better nail salon preferably with people I can understand english and speak it.

Pedicures-they don’t clean properly in between customers. They don’t clean the tools and brushes that’s why I stopped getting pedicures they’re just nasty. One pedicure and was done!

$70 for a refill, 1 nail repair. Basic polish NO design (they don’t know how to do any)! They charge $20 extra for deep french on top of any service. I stopped getting that. Lost a customer here.

I have been a loyal customer for years, but after today, I won’t be returning. My recent pedicure experience was extremely disappointing. Based on other recent reviews, it seems I’m not alone in noticing a drastic decline in the quality of service and hygiene standards.

The nail technician continuously used a mechanized nail file on my natural nails(especially when there was no need to). She kept filing down my nails on the broad surface (not the tip) as if they were artificial nails, and even started using the device as a cuticle remover! When I voiced my concern, she became unpleasant for the remainder of the session. What should have been a relaxing experience turned into a stressful ordeal.

Moreover, the staff continuously spoke in their language, which felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. Their body language and looks made it clear they were discussing me, which only added to my discomfort.

I expressed my displeasure politely, yet I was met with hostility and poor service. This was a complete waste of my time and money. I will never return to this nail salon and will certainly not recommend it to anyone.

I hope the owner fixes this before it’s too late!

I post this as a caution. I’ve been getting my nails done here for some time now and I’ve realized most of the staff are better suited for a basic manicure.

I’ve tried a few designs here and have never been satisfied with it, including the below. I usually will let it slide, but just for the fact that the staff started an argument with me when I asked him to fix it is why I now share this. I had been asking him to fix things all along the way and I just couldn’t bring myself to let this slide. And this cost me $65 🫠

So in conclusion, this place is good for a basic manicure, but if you want a top notch design, I suggest trying elsewhere.

I decided to try this shop out. I expressed not liking my nails before paying. The shape I didn’t like or the color. I was more than willing to pay more for what I wanted. Left very unhappy. I then call back to be argued with. I’m sorry if your staff doesn’t understand me but to tell me during a process I could have had done my way is very UNPROFESSIONAL. They offered me to come back and charge me $40..when i already paid $55. It is so sad to just not issue and lose business. I won’t ever return here.

Got gel nails done and then got a flat tire. While changing it, the car fell on my hand and my nails stayed perfect!! Can’t beat that!
