This is the only place in town my friends and I use. We have tried several other nail salon locations, but Merveilleux has been the most consistent and polite one we have found. It’s a clean location considering the line of work and if you struggle understanding someone, I have seen them ask someone to translate what you want. I just had these patriotic nails completed, I didn’t have an image, just described what I wanted and was extremely happy with the results. I even had to have them remove a prior design and that experience was positive as well. They also listen and don’t judge if you request they don’t use one of their products because of a reaction your skin may have to the product. The only reason I not giving a full five star review, is just like every location and business out there… There is one person that may not give you the experience you want or were expecting. From what I have seen of this location, those people do not last long. So keep the receipt and just request not that person if they are still there. Don’t give up on a location because of one person.

I had called earlier this week to make an appointment. The front desk worker was very kind but the issues stated once my service started. The girl who did my nails did not speak to me at all and only did the polish. It was the worst experience I have ever had a nail salon. These were supposed to be my birthday nails. I left upset and went to the store to buy nail polish remover and press ons

It’s a nice place and had many people working in there, so you don’t have to wait long. My nails came out okay, and they last.

Worst experience ever. First and last time coming here. I was seated immediately in a chair then waited an insanely long time with multiple apologies. It could have just been miscommunication or a bad day however typically my feet and legs are super soft after a pedicure and their not. The level of unprofessionalism and poor quality truly amazed me. I won’t be back.
